A nutrition consultation includes

A full assessment on the InBody machine: body fat, muscle mass and the standard measurements used to check where your body actually stands.
A body-contouring measurement, so progress is tracked in numbers rather than by feel.
A full consultation with a specialist-level clinical and therapeutic nutrition doctor, who reviews every test result and your medical history to understand your case properly and build a plan made for you.
Deciding the plan that suits your case: sessions, injections or a nutrition plan.
A review of your test results and of any medicines you are currently taking.

The integrated consultation

If the weight has gone up without an obvious reason, the integrated consultation covers nutrition, internal medicine and an ultrasound in the same visit, so the cause is understood before the plan is set.
