Not just a consultation… A first step to understanding your case fully
Because weight gain and the symptoms that come with it do not always have a single cause, at La Rose we start by understanding the whole picture before choosing any plan or solution.
The integrated consultation brings several aspects together in one assessment, so our medical team sees your case from different angles and the final decision rests on your body’s needs and your health, not on one protocol applied to every case.
- Body composition analysis on the InBody device, to assess your fat and muscle percentages and how your body composition is distributed.
- An integrated assessment with a doctor specialised in therapeutic and clinical nutrition.
- An abdominal ultrasound when needed and as the medical assessment indicates, to examine the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and kidneys.
- An assessment with the internal medicine, liver and digestive health specialist.
- Measurements and assessment of body areas, to help track progress and judge whether body-contouring options are needed.
- A review of your previous tests and scans, if you have them with you.
Finally, we agree with you on the path that suits your case best, whether that is a nutrition plan, sessions, medication or another option appropriate to the medical assessment.
Our aim is not for you to start the fastest weight-loss plan, but to understand first which factors have affected your weight and your health, and then choose the right starting point for you.
That way we are genuinely addressing what brought you to the point of gaining weight, and every problem that came with it, so we make sure we are changing your whole life, not just solving one problem!
Because every body is different and every case has its own needs, good care for us begins with a real assessment before any decision.
